After he failed, Klingons kidnapped doctor Phlox CMO of U.S.S. Enterprise NX-01. Phlox and Antaak did not came with Augments but using Captain Archer as a host they developed cure for infected Klingons.

Got outthought by Arched and demoted to Second Weapons Officer serving on the Ty’Gokor defense perimeter. In 2153 he got command of bird-of-prey trying to destroy the Enterprise on the border of Delphic Expanse. His ship was destroyed with all hands.

Archer got sentenced to life imprisonment in prison camp Rura Penthe. Following Kolos questioning the sentence and Klingon Court of Law itself he was sent to Rura Penthe for a year himself.
